Submit special session abstracts or special trackSubmit special session abstracts
The deadline for submission of abstracts for oral and poster presentation within the conference sessions has now passed.
It is still possible to submit an abstract for the Special Session: Healthy Inclusive Place-Making: Global Ideas for US Solutions.
Authors should submit an abstract in English (no longer than 400 words), carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, on one of the conference topics.
All abstracts must be submitted through the online submission platform and should follow the instructions and template provided.
Special tracks Organisations are invited to sponsor a Track on a specific topic or theme that complements the ICUH themes.
Successfully submitted abstracts will be acknowledged with an electronic receipt including an abstract reference number, which should be quoted in all correspondence. Allow at least 2 hours for your receipt to be returned to you.
Once the abstracts is accepted, at least one of the authors must register for and present at the conference.
A limited number of scholarships will be available for people from low and middle income countries whose abstracts have been accepted. Further information will be available in May 2017, when authors will be notified if their abstracts have been accepted.
If you do not receive acknowledgement for your abstract submission or you wish to make any essential revisions to an abstract already submitted, please DO NOT RESUBMIT your abstract, as this may lead to duplication. Please email the Content Coordinator (Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances) with details of any revisions or queries. Please quote your reference number if you have one
