Special tracks

Organisations are invited to sponsor a Track on a specific topic or theme that complements the ICUH themes.

Proposals for track should be developed in co-ordination with the ISUH Secretariat and may consist of panel sessions with proposed speakers, abstract sessions on an identified theme or both. If accepted, the theme will be added to a special section of the Conference Call for Abstracts and submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

Costs of the track will vary depending on the extent of the programming requested. Organizers will be expected to cover the costs of conference registration, travel and ground costs for all speakers and provide bursaries covering the travel, ground costs and modest perdiem for an agreed number of primary authors from LMICS whose abstracts are accepted for the special track, as well as an assessment to cover management costs by the ISUH Secretariat.

Submissions: Please contact Anna Pomykala in the ISUH Secretariat apomykala@nyam.org to discuss a proposed track.
